Our primary service involves creating technology that links drivers and customers instantly. Here's a breakdown of how the Customer app operates, step by step.

A person starts the app.
Enter your destination in the "Dropoff location" box, browse through various ride options based on vehicle size, price, and estimated drop-off time, select your preferred option, and then confirm the pickup.

The customer is matched with a driver
When a customer requests a ride, a nearby driver is matched and decides whether to accept the request. Once accepted, the customer is automatically notified when the driver is about a minute away

The driver comes to get the customer.
When a ride begins, the driver picks up the customer after verification of OTP .

The driver drives the customer to their destination.
The driver uses the app to take the customer to their destination, and the app provides turn-by-turn directions for the driver's convenience.

After each trip, users can share feedback & rate their driver and Let's Ride using a 1 to 5 star feedback form.
