Terms & Conditions

Scope of Work: The scope of work for any cab booking services provided by Let's Ride will be outlined in a separate agreement or statement of work. These terms and conditions do not supersede or modify any such agreement.

Confidentiality: Let's Ride will maintain the confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose any such information to third parties unless required to do so by law.

Ownership: All data and information collected by Let's Ride in the course of providing cab booking services will be the property of the client. Let's Ride will assign all rights, titles, and interests in the data to the client upon completion of the service.

Warranty: Let's Ride warrants that the cab booking services will perform per the specifications outlined in the Statement of Work. In the event of any issues, Let's Ride will correct such issues at no additional cost to the client within a reasonable period.

Limitation of Liability: Let's Ride will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the cab booking services or their use.

Indemnification: The client agrees to indemnify and hold Let's Ride and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of the client's use of the cab booking services.

Termination: Either party may terminate the cab booking services by giving written notice to the other party. Upon termination, Let's Ride will provide the client with all completed work and any associated documentation.

Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed per the laws of the State of Madhya Pradesh, India.

Entire Agreement: This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

Severability: If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
