Let's Ride Cancellation Policy

At Let's Ride, we strive to offer a seamless and reliable cab booking experience. However, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to cancelling a ride booking on our platform. Please read this policy carefully.

1. Cancellation by the Customer
Free Cancellation Window
Customers can cancel their ride without any charge if the cancellation is made within 15 minutes of booking confirmation.

Cancellation Fees
If the ride is cancelled after the free cancellation window, a nominal cancellation fee will be charged. This fee helps compensate the driver for their time and effort. The exact amount will be displayed at the time of cancellation.

No-Show Policy
If the driver reaches the pickup location and waits for more than [X minutes] without any response from the customer, the ride will be automatically cancelled, and a no-show fee will be charged.

2. Cancellation by the Driver
Driver-Initiated Cancellations
In rare cases where a driver needs to cancel the ride, the customer will be notified immediately. No cancellation fees will be charged to the customer in this scenario, and a new ride may be assigned based on availability.

Driver No-Show
If a driver fails to arrive at the pickup location within the estimated time, and the ride is canceled by the customer, no cancellation fees will apply. We will prioritise assigning another driver to fulfill your request.

3. Cancellation Due to External Factors
Weather Conditions
In cases of severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances that make it unsafe to complete the ride, both the customer and driver can cancel the ride without any penalty.

Technical Issues
If a ride is cancelled due to technical issues with the LetsRide platform, no cancellation fees will be charged.

4. Refunds and Disputes
Refund Process
If you believe a cancellation fee was charged in error, please contact our customer support within 3 days of the transaction. We will review your case and issue a refund if applicable.

Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes regarding cancellations, our support team will work with you to resolve the issue fairly and promptly.

5. Policy Changes
Let's Ride reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our app or website, and the updated policy will take effect immediately upon posting.
